To any Rosecroft bettors and Voice of RCR. Frank Milby should be put in handcuffs for the ride in race 4. I see why he is 0-56 for the meet. It's called envelopes. Good way to for the track to lose interest.

I guess he know he cannot compete with the newbies like J Ahle and Tyler Miller so he just goes dead.
