At the end of the day, it seems all that matters to Gural is full fields and handle. All these whipping violations get overlooked as long as the races fill. Even people on the Fishman list get passes as long as their barns fill the box as needed.

 I beg to differ Larry. Miami this week has 663 horses in 70 races [with almost every race written with added entries] an average of 9.47 horse per race. So no you are completely wrong in saying 'EVERY' track has horse shortages.
