Why Does The U.S.A. Give Any Money To Israel?

In the U.S., workers get, on average 11 paid days off. That's all ages, every occupation. any # years of service.

In Israel, BY LAW, it's based on how long a person has been working

1-4 years: Min 12 paid days off (plus 18 sick days.. plus 9 paid holidays)

So, we give Israel Billions a year while their workers get, on average, 2x the time off that our USA citizens get.

Why can't Israel impose a War Tax on their 35 Billionaires?  On their own citizens? Why are we paying?
