My favorite announcer is Jeff Zidek at the Meadows- his added insights, his presentation and a great voice are an asset to the Meadows

Although he has already passed I agree it was Jack E Lee on the harness side.
I know I will get a lot of grief over my pick for the TB side but I really liked Marshall Cassidy back in the day.

Right now I don't have a favorite.  Used to like Gary Seibel, Sam McKee, John Hernan, Ken Middleton and Ayres.  All gone now.

Was he a race announcer or a comedian?  He called a race where my horse won at pompano park and was funny too!
