Federal testing hear me out
« on: January 19, 2024, 12:09:49 AM »
All tracks are federally regulated.
Suspend Fishmans sentence. Let him head the testing and anti doping division. I know fishman from way back.  He is a very intelligent person. He knows the ins and outs who needs to go and who doesn't. It would be a good way to clean up both harness and tbred racing fast.  Kinda like frank abignale the check fraud guy who started working for the fbi.

My guess is this guy doesn’t give a shit, he just wanted money. He wasn’t smart enough to take a plea and instead went to trial.

so he never really had common sense. and was always willing to help people with no money. atleast back in the day. but seriously if you wanna do a major sweep he is the guy. make a deal with him. you may not get them all but you would make major progress.
he was in it for the money. just cause he was too dumb to make a plea deal doesnt mean he isnt smart enough to clean up the industry. if im the feds im trying to work something out.   maybe he wont talk  im not sure but if i was him i think id be trying something to get out.
