With PA, tracks closed name the beards racing in MD Del and NJ

This means someone down as trainer getting 1% or 2% because the person they are down for could never race at that track .  tmbz1

I don't know about how many Beards there are and I'm sure there are a few.

But False and hidden ownerships are rampant!
