$500 per month stall space I believe.
I don't think it's exactly that much and the pool I believe is free.

There was a waiting list, I think there's some stalls available now but they go quick. Mark's thinking of adding a couple more barns due to high demand.

FYI, 500/month is a bargain if only 1/2 if what was said here is true. Every day stall rents are in the neighborhood of 300/month and some of the horsemen who stable there have to do the work just to maintain a so so track and a so so barn.
