Also, I thought the FEDs would deport him, once the sentence is maxed out. How do you collect from a foreign citizen?

In a perfect world all that would happen….  Does anyone believe if a felon shows up at a bank or casino with cash in their hand to deposit or wager that they will be turned away

If that was so, many casinos would be closed, today. If every truck driver who has a felony conviction stopped his truck right now, there would be a jam-up from Boston to San Fran .

We see the same thing year in and year out! This cast of characters should have been eradicated years ago. The judges,commission and the rest of the people who are able to end it,won't do what it takes to rectify the situation! Too many of the enforcement employees are only involved for a paycheck! It will take a dedicated effort to make sure the people are wagering on a honest game! Instead of giving discounts for appeal rights,let's give 72hrs to pay or the penalties are DOUBLED!

As long as they're dealing with probation I think they'd be nuts to even try. If they didn't learn they're lesson, send them back to Jail. I can't imagine any state giving them a license of any kind.
