You have a guy who was Director of racing for Dover Downs Managment and now He gets the boot by Bally's so the DSOA elects him to represent the horseman now! I mean you can't make this shit up! No shot!  Delaware isn't to the level of PA or Yonkers, but they won't do anything about this!

Horsemen in Delaware have a great program. They have year-round racing between Dover and Harrington and have an amazing bonus program for Delaware residents ( ranges from 20-40% ) and the are very selective about who is even allowed to race there. They protect their own as well as any other state.

So what's the bitching.  I see 15 taces a day, 4 days a week with many 9-horse fields.  from cheap horses to top-class horses. Even the big-name drivers go down there on Thursdays.
