Someone said something about an agisters lien, but I haven't seen anything documented, so I call it a rumor at this point. There's also other types of lien's available as it relates to horses depending on the circumstances.

I heard will be on ongait.com

60 or more horses going on ongait tomorrow in first phase dispersal sale
Some very nice
Very nice horses.

Nice Aussie horses.  Also

Few Indy breds.  Nice brood mares in foal to nice stallions

Great buy. For those in market for a horse

Just bought to many horses too fast
Simple as that.  No other reason

We'll see or hear the real truth soon but big trainer from Ohio said IRS seized all accounts. Whatever the reason or reasons not my business just passing along what I heard. IRS controlls this sale so everything goes NO reserves.  I'm sure someone will blast this post but dealing with truth and facts isn't the strong suit. Truth always comes out sometimes takes a while.

IRS got overhiser by the nuts. Plus the fact that Erv is about to go down really killed everything. It’s about time someone stopped this thief.

Sugar coat it if you must, but it’s indeed the IRS, and this will now lead to his partners finances involving the harness horses being checked. I’ve heard one from Illinois, didn’t get a name lt could be Erv not sure but Erv has other issues to deal with soon.
Believe it or not but I won’t elaborate any further.

In the last couple of weeks, they bought many back on Ongait. and not the higher-end ones so the situation can't be that bad.

I SAW THEY KEEP BUYING BACK THEIR HORSES. IRS DOESNT CARE HOW OR WHERE YOU GET THE MONEY TO PAY THE LIEN.

Bird Brain seems to hate everyone, and puts out accusations without providing any back up.

What's your reserve on Frankie ?  Gotta be big ... Track record holder and all.  Those Tellitlikeitis colts have wicked brushes.

  • MTP1972: One year a long time ago I cashed IRS tickets for some people totaling around $40,000 making around $4000 doing so. I picked up thousands and thousands in losing tickets, kept programs and a daily log of how I did. When I filed my tax return that year and claimed them as losses I was audited by some old fart who didn't know shit. At the end of the audit he said I showed enough proof I lost the money back and he'd submit it in his report. 6 months later I get a notice from IRS saying my proof wasn't good enough and included a tax bill of $12,000, which I never paid because after 10 years they forgave it. Unforunately my state piggybacked on it and sent me a tax biil for $3200 which I disputed and they kept adding on interest and late fees. Finally 2 years later my bill was up to $8000 and they sent a wage attachment to my employer si I got fucked big time.

  • MTP1972: Back at Garden State Harness I hit an $11,000 trifecta for a $1 on a horse, Speedy Wright, driven by Mark Kesmodel paid $11 to win. The exacta paid $60 but a real bomb finished 3rd. Unforunately at that time if your winnings were over $5000 they automatically took out 28% + another 3% for NJ State Tax leaving me with only $3800 from a $5500 ticket.
