 While driving #5 (Straight Up Cool) in Race 1 Mr. Bartlett was observed kicking his horse at the top of the stretch. This is Mr. Bartlett`s 4th such violation within a 365 day period and carries a penalty of $1000 and a 10 day driving suspenson. Further violations within a calendar year will be referred to the NYSGC for adjudication.

Best time of the year to get days. I believe Yonkers only races 3 days thanksgiving week!

Will Yonkers and NYS Gaming Commission stay this for next week as 4 drivers got into an accident Race 8 Friday night?

There aren't many drivers there to begin with and then the accident! If you're racing there Monday, you better [import] have a driver ready because of what happened Friday night!
