Electroction is correct using 12 volt car battery hooked ground to lip.  Horses have no impedence to electricity, quite uncivilized. Many high priced horses that turned out to be duds were victims. It didn't end until ins. carriers caught on.

I had heard they were putting vinyl bags over there heads as well as electrocuting them through their anus. Sick shit
