Was doing Ocean Downs this summer. Not sure where he is now. Maybe Rosecroft? but that is a guess

He lost his daughter a few yrs back...she I believe was 26 and died in an suto accident. A guy was being chased by police and the criminal in his quest to elude police smacked into her car and she died. If u google Hernan car accident California the article comes up.

Did Ocean Downs this summer after leaving Yonkers and catch announcing whenever possible. Heck of a nice guy but struggling emotionally after losing his dogs from the split with ex.

Needs support from whoever knows him personally.

His wife divorced him after his daughter was killed ? I'll call him at   freehold...yonker s srivers hopefully chipped on n gave him money when he left. Bartlett etc makes a killing
