Rick and me are glad that someone finally had the balls to come forward about these Hoosier stewards. Just go and look at all of the pylon violations since March and you wont be able to see any consistent calls. Rick told me himself he went inside three pylons about a month ago and wasn't even called in or questioned. Ive said it before and I'll say it again, whenever there is a pylon violation the judges all have to call RICK MOORE to see what numbers he has on his tickets. Its total bullshit and we are all fed up with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just make a rule that is fair fir everyone like if you even touch it your disqualified. I mean this isn’t rocket science. The fans and bettors are the ones who keep getting screwed when the judges treat each case differently depending on who they bet and if they like you or not. I was always told that the judges don’t like making any calls against the black drivers for fear of being sued for discrimination. It was Jordan Ross who drove that horse last week. Think about it. Then you have a guy like old man rick Plano saying he went inside 3 pylons and wasn’t even called in.

Well if the judges won’t call a pylon infraction on an African American driver then it makes sense the judges won’t call an infraction on a senior citizen on Medicare like the ageless Rick Plano. Not sure if those other classes are as protected as the blacks and don’t even know if it’s true on not. I just wish they had one rule across the board. Touch it or even brush against it and you’re disqualified. But instead we’re left to hop the judge isn’t in a bad mood because he didn’t get laid the night before and we get screwed. I have never been in favor of letting any human being decide my fate. Just post the rules and apply them fairly but it ain’t never going to happen.
