It would seem as said earlier in this thread, that this is news worthy of the USTA website, its not like this is a pending action. the fine was and is handed down.  This is not something lightly exposed.  There is certainly more to unfold with this, in the way of further penalty and fines, and although its a civil matter today, can easily become the subject of a knowing criminal investigation by the EPA.  Much like the IRS, they dont go away after the fine has been paid.

So that leads to the bigger question.  Why has the board of the New Jersey Association not relinquished him from his duties?  Why has the USTA not relinquished him from that post?

Are you saying that you’re actually happy with this administration? This guy can’t put a sentence together and his cackling idiot is even worse.

Look at all these liberal cities it’s like a Third World country then this jack ass opens the borders and lets all these refugees in. Now he’s a poster boy for the vaccine again.

HEY XYZ, HOPE YOURE DOING WELL. I THINK I CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS WITH A CIVIL ANSWER AND WITHOUT BEING SMART. HOW DOES ALL OF WHAT FORD WAS DOING HAVE TO RELATE TO HARNESS RACING AT ALL? I MEAN THERE ARE KNOWN CRIMINALS WITH SERIOUS CRIMINAL RECORDS WITH MULTIPLE ARRESTS RACING EVERYDAY AROUND THE COUNTRY. I AM NOT IN ANY WAY MINIMUZING WHAT FORD DID. WHAT I AM SIMPLYING SAYING IS WHY WOULD ANYONE EVER EXPECT ANY HARNESS RACING BOARD OR GOVERNING BODY TO STEP IN AND INTERVENE ON A MATTER LIKE THIS WHEN THEY KNOWINGLY ALLOW CHEATERS AND SCUMBAGS TO DAILY SCREW OVER THE GAMBLERS AND KILL HORSES? IN THE GRAND SCHEME OF HARNESS RACING THIS JUST ISNT BIG NEWS TO ME BECAUSE IVE KNOWN ALL ALONG FORD IS A SCUMBAG AND NOT WELL-LIKED. GO AFTER THE JUICERS AND CRIMINALS WHO KILL HORSES AND CHEAT THE PUBLIC INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT NONSENSE LIKE THIS. JUST MY 2 CENTS

  • MTP1972: Back at Garden State Harness I hit an $11,000 trifecta for a $1 on a horse, Speedy Wright, driven by Mark Kesmodel paid $11 to win. The exacta paid $60 but a real bomb finished 3rd. Unforunately at that time if your winnings were over $5000 they automatically took out 28% + another 3% for NJ State Tax leaving me with only $3800 from a $5500 ticket.

  • Trigger: On 9/14/91 Yonkers Race 6 I bet a pick 4, put $80 in.  I used like 6 in the first leg, like a perceived dummy as 1/5 shot won.  I hit it and it paid @$9k.  The storyis in the trivia thread here.  Not my biggest score ever, but craziest for sure.

  • MTP1972: I have alot of strategies and theories on multi-race wager s but rarely play them because I hate investing alot and getting knocked out in the 1st leg. I used to play alot of Pick 3's at Meadowlands years ago by beating a heavy favorite in the 1st leg.

  • Trigger: We could take down a track if we worked together, otherwise that's out.  My biggest issue last yr was virtual stable laziness.  You leave a horse like Meshuggah in becaus his drives were fucked.  But I left too many in and didn't refresh that much once built.

  • MTP1972: I see so many of these so called experts on FanDuel posting their Pick 5 tickets including several odds on favorites and a bunch of 2nd and 3rd choices. In my opinion, they're just wasting space or bragging when hit a $150 Pick5 in a $60 ticket.

  • MTP1972: In any Pick 4 or Pick 5, if there's a heavy favorite in the 1st leg you think is beatable that's what I'm looking for. I can't see singling a 1-5 in the 1st leg because eveybody is alive. I'm looking to beat that horse if I can.

  • Trigger: Your spec I get it.  They bet a billion and happy with a $60 mil profit.  Win / lose and rebate.  Once the jockeys, drivers trainers are corrupted we might as well see who could spit the furthest to bet on.
