Prominent Harness Trainer Fined $200,000 For Violations Of Clean Water Act At New York Training Center:

https://paulickreport.com/news/the-biz/prominent-harness-trainer-fined-200000-for-violations-of-clean-water-act-at-new-york-training-center/

Why was this not on the USTA site?  No conjecture here, just facts.

Love this quote: "“This is one of the biggest travesties that has ever happened,” Ford told the Times-Union. “A lot of the things, I don't even know what they're talking about.”

Since this is not criminal (just civil), I guess he will keep his posts as a USTA director and SBOANJ prez.

Yeah, i have no idea what they're talking about. I have only been doing it for 9 years and diverted a stream and have been doing it at both my centers, but i have no idea what they are talking about.

More harness racing scum that has dislodged from the bottom and now floats on top. Destroyed much of that property for greed over many years. 200k probably should have been closer to 1 million.

He reminds me of Allard, huge cheat & just smiles and laughs

Revington wouldve welcomed Ford with open arms as well
It doesn't hold weight when you are only doing something out of spite, after being kicked out & having nowhere to go.

Just being a phony with a grudge (& no job), didn't seem to care for years.
Let go from the hate, free yourself.

Before anybody jumps to conclusions like SCM,  the state had a inspector on site every day monitoring the dumping of materials. Get your facts guys.

Gaagoots you and I are good people   But 9 years of violations, 4 years of investigation, 2 locations and an inspector there every day doesnt add up...

I agree you seem like a great guy.

Yes it all doesn’t add up, but one thing I do know for a fact that there was always a state inspector on site (every day) for dumping materials off of Route 17. It was the state of New York that was dumping on his property incidentally.

The rerouting of waterways that I’m not clear on.

  • Calhoun: Trigger, $25k/$500per week. Sounds great. IMO, you have 2 best options. 1) 100% of play on certain CarryOvers.  Pick-5 Carryovers are best. Pro is Near EV or +EV. Con is it's a ton of work in 1 day at worst or 3/4 days at best. But $500 gets you a lot of coverage. ..2) Focus 100% on one track, WITHOUT a lot of ship Ins. Woodbine, Remington, SoCal and Texas fit. WDB and Rem closed/closing. Whichever you choose, you need to know every single horse. You MUST have access to workout videos. You need to learn trainers. Good Luck
