If this last paragraph is accurate, how does Peck remain in the US after 18 plus arrests between PA and NJ since January 2023? He should have been deported back and not allowed here, but he's still snaking his way around Cranbury NJ.

Agreed, I believe this is equal to the doping violations, and needs to be addressed with the same severity if not more stringent investigation and penalty.

It isn’t true. Horse was turned out in a paddock when it became injured.
