On 05/03/2023 Industrial Labs reported to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission/Racing Division the Pre Race result of Blood Sample E571005 collected from the horse RACEY RACH N on 04/25/2023 who competed in Race 10 at Plainridge Park Racecourse and finished 2nd, revealed the presence of TCO2. Total Carbon Dioxide was confirmed in the blood at 47.36 mmol/L. The measurement uncertainty of the method is 2.83 mmol/L at the threshold of 37 mmol/L. In addition Industrial Labs reported a Pre Race result of Blood Sample E570996 collected from the horse MEADOWBROOK JENNY in Race 5 on 04/25/2023 at 44.12 mmol/l and did not finish. It was also reported that the Pre Race result of Blood Sample E571000 taken from the horse DARK ECLIPSE N who raced on 04/25/2023 at 45.74 mmol/L in Race 7 and finished 7th. After waiving her right to quarantine the horses and conducting a hearing trainer Lisa Zablielski is hereby suspended form training for 30 days beginning 05/24/2023 through and including 06/22/2023. The horse RACEY RACH N finished 2nd and was disqualified and placed last. The purse money won or $4,000.00 is hereby ordered forfeited, returned and redistributed. Purse money forfeited must be returned within 10 days of ruling.
