Suspended trainers can defend positive tests with simple jumbling of the facts. The problems with case are that it involves ABUSE and there is video of the incident occurring! D.H. won't even be able to get a job on a farm somewhere because NOBODY wants their stock treated like the defenseless filly in the video! He didn't dig himself into a hole, he dug himself into a CRATOR!

Even the Canadian Regulatory Authority has taken steps to make it clear that he is not welcome to apply for licensing. This type of activity is not a one off occurrence,it was the first time that it was conducted on camera! He will be lucky if he escapes criminal prosecution in this case!

Can't help but remember what I saw Dave Marshall due to a horse with a 2x4 in the paddock at Foxboro. You guys would have had him drawn and quartered and rightfully so. Suspended? no. Arrested? no. Hell he raced that night and for decades after. Most of you will recall I detailed what I witnessed when I first joined the site. what an entirely different world that was.
