I understand the passion and the desire to obtain animal rights to a better environment and conditions, I don't agree with the the existence of the carriage industry as whole. But, is it true the carriage horse industry, and TWU are pressing to expel persons from Central Park who disagree with this cottage industry?  I heard it over the holiday that they are working in succinct to possibly look at creating a rule for harassment and impeding licensed businesses from performing their right to operate.
