Tyler Jones is a nightmare, 3 wide on the backstretch and the 7 might of won, and even by a couple of lengths.  Just scumbag central there.

For some, a life changing score.

The scary part is going through that feeling again, and that's what separates the pros from the shmos....pros know it will happen, and never quit.

You get that close it is a sign, you have excellence, take your time pick your spots.   tmbz1

I actually thought I hit the high 5, and Twinspires bet history and account balance wasn't working because of too many people trying to access it. So it was like ten mins after the prices came up, so that entire time I thought I had it. Was very poor wagering from me, handicapping was spot on, but my betting sucked.

I'm man enough to admit something, 40 years, I still love it but I burnt out about a month ago, this here keeps me close, and enthusiastic, Horseplop probably saved me.....but I'm very tired from 12-16 hour days, 6-7 days a week for the last 2 year run alone.

Been there too, you get crossed eyed, you put the bets together, you put them in, you see before confirm, you check your transactions, and still mistakes happen.  I know!  Preaching to the choir, need another once around and not be lazy.....in essence the handicapper / bettor is a machine spends more time ensuring perfection and less enjoyment on the race.  Pros cash amateurs cheer.   tmbz1

Pucks, you're alive, I know it sounds sappy but it's not, one never knows in life what is going to propel their life, who they are going to meet and what happens next of which we may not control.

Take the life you have and move it forward, and know, there is still work to do, and lessons learned, and much to accomplish, and LASTLY - Your time and energy is valuable don't squander it on bullshit and believe in yourself!

I read  a story in the DRF about 20 years ago about a dude who bet $40 mil a year at the T-breds.  No computer, software....he set up at the track, private room, private machine for bets.....One of his secrets, he never bet the first race or 2, he watched how the track ran, and configured an algorithm of the live track bias in his head and to factor into the races going forward live to handicap and bet.  The dude was very good, he was a winner, and you can just imagine his player rewards, maybe minor spoils they didn't suck either, pure income.  tmbz1
