Just saw a clip on CBS news someone bid him up on a building in New York. Final bid was 190 million and they said the guy that ran him up doesn’t exists.

Was it a plopper?  Pig land?  ngc3

he will now get it for even less then before . other bidders know to stay away since they have no shot. auction house's fault they will probably be sued by sellers lawyers
