Agree Marks is a nut and don’t play Ray for not wanting an azz kicking but even if this guy ran his mouth there is no excuse in putting hands on an old man.  Not worth it. 20 years ago fighting among us carnival people was a common occurrence. Usually over some backside skank. There is a lot more to this than what happened Friday night. Other than a few posts on plop I believe this is the first response from anyone SCM has spoken of.

First off this is terrible. Dave Y is and always has been a solid guy and a fan of the business. A contributor. Why he would hook up with Mike Petrelli is mind boggling. That is an entirely different subject. Mike came on and said Ford and Ray S have "warrants for arrest."  Let me correct him. Again. They will be called for questioning as Dave Y has indeed pressed charges for whatever took place at M1. After the investigation, THEN the police will determine if there is enough to make arrests. The private properties have another Situation and can do as they please. We will see. Haku may be fiesty at times, but he tells the truth. Wait and see what really happened. And if Mark and Ray went too far then fuck them.

Bond (me) did some investigating--and heard from someone who witnessed this incident--it came about Yarock fronting Ford and Schnittker-about a horse he pulled out of a kill Pen. Apparently Ford and Schnittker used to have the horse-and Yarock was upset they didn't try to save it. Ford and Schnittker didnt take too kindly to the tone Yarock was taking and was getting in Rays face. I was told Ray threw a punch--but it was more of a retaliatory action-to get the guy out of his face.
Yarock started the BS-Ford and Schnittker-finished it.

Care to weigh in SCM?  Bond is usually spot on when it comes to this stuff!

SCM is convicting these people before they have even been charged.  If they are guilty, I say stick it to them!  Toss them out of the business and give them the fullest penalty possible.  SCM is now back to his tough guy routine.  Be professional and let the authorities handle this you moron.  You could be hurting his case with all your nonsense.
