He should have been there during race 9. Maybe Russell Foster would have been forced to pull and not sit that 4th on the rail trip that he thought was better than the 2nd over he would have gotten.

I was watching, they never explained what happened, just no contest all refunded.
Was the rake on the track when the race started and if so why did they start the race?

It was an embarrassing moment for RCR. It has happened at other tracks as well.
