The 14th race tonite should be the only example you will ever need. Cushing, longest shot on the board, from the rail, pulls gets in everyones way and finish’s up the track. Ross finds the pylons, rt behind Cushing, rides the rail and finishes a strong second. Ross has Talent, a stronger work ethic and a future as a reignsman. Cushing should probably start collecting warm ups.

I would use him. One big reason. No matter what he does in a race the stewards will never take him down. If they try just cry discrimination so they can’t DQ your horse. Winner winner. Jordan Ross is a darned good driver, a nice guy, and trust me, he has had some penalties come his way that a white guy would NOT have received.
And, to be fair, he's deserved a few along the way, just like most drivers.
