Gllles Villemure at Roosevelt Raceway.  For those not familiar with the name, he was an NHL goalie.  In his prime, he shared the Vezina Trophy (best goalie) with Ed Giacomin when both were on the NY Rangers.

I wasn't a hockey fan but I got to meet him at Monticello when he came up to drive one evening.. I helped paddock a horse he was driving..Very nice guy as stated by another poster.
