If I was to try and save harness racing, one of the 1,000 things I would do is take all of these wives' names off as listed trainer when I knew they weren't training.

A lot of the wife trainers get there pension from the starts they get . While there husband get it for driving.

I like how they change trainers from state to state. You'll see a horse under race under Mutiple trainers at different tracks. Know damn well he's in the same barn!

maine trainers abstain from this practice, integrity is the number one priority of their association in racing.
