Frank is fine and all but he's starting to get as annoying as "THE MOUTH".

In and out of retirement and seems to be calling because in his old age has been struggling to find a hobby and is realizing calling races was part of his personality and life's purpose.

How can someone wanting to break into race calling be able to work themselves up the ladder when the entry level gigs keep getting swallowed up by people that needed to throw in the towel years ago
