Agreed. USTA has no police authority. Here is where mistrust and lack of confidence as well as no accountability is a staple at the USTA. The managing powers will vote a budget of $250K for a hotline. An anonymous place to report rule violators and cheaters.
 I can not recall ever seeing a a financial report on this program. Never seeing a status or effectiveness report. Has any member seen a report on just what this money was spent on as well as the success or failure of the program? No accountability will always lead to corruption.
