Dana Parham’s letter of integrity

              About a  18 months ago Mr Dana Parham had all of his trainer’s sign a letter of integrity.  Well here we are 18 months later and one of his main trainers ( Scotty D)just got suspended for juicing horses.  So my question is, what was all that nonsense about with the letter of integrity ?

of course there are some bad apples we know or suspect
others are just getting caught using allowable medications etc but at levels above what is legal
if you are not trying to get as close to the line as possible without going over you will starve and go broke
