when you read the article on USTA and since the Meadowlands has made a rule change....
I guess it's one of those rules that slipped thru the cracks.....
It's harness racing --- be reactive / not proactive !
AKE wasn't the first to do it, just this time due to his comments saying it lent to his win, led to some discussion on web sites and discussion boards -- Meadowlands now changes (clarifies) the rule.
