IF THEY HAD ANY CLASS THEY WOULD PAY EACH WINNER THE AMOUNT THEY FAILED TO CONTRIBUTE THAT DAY.   NOT JUST THEIR SHARE OF THE SHORTAGE BUT A FULL PAYMENT FOR THEIR FAILURE.   FIRE WHOEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE.
