If a trainer is suspended in New Jersey for a positive and is banned from going on any NJ track grounds can their horses race in PA or NY while serving the suspension and can they go on the grounds of the PA and NY tracks?

Different commission different rules. Some commissions don’t require USTA membership

Seriously guys, does anyone know if you are currently suspended in NJ for a race positive, can you go to Poconos, Yonkers, or Tioga and race your horses? And vice versa?

If you are currently serving a suspension no. If you have a stay during your appeal yes
