Strange..but hardly unique, this upstanding backstretch figure's extensive suspension WONT kick in til apr 1..more time for her to fleece the public and other horsemen.

Outside of appeal..what is rationale for allowing her time for further evil?

And when should or would that fine gent mr.cullen submit to a lie detector test and admit to public and backstretch rivals he knew nothing about her loving 'hay and oats' supersonic elixir.  Regular driver: no blame in these cases?

btw...for now, currently enjoying playing cheap formful trotting saratoga noon et. monday prices and looking for pomp mandatory try sun night hi 5 last....and spending time and interest on the best surviving greyhound track...quality handles (and respect for form players) wheeling island greyhounds.

Cullen was caught using Cobalt, he was out of Woodbine for a while then slowly made his way back in.

Bottomline: Nobody fears punishment because it's never more than a slap on the wrist.

also says horses may be transferred to other trainers, i assume the ones not owned by her
so who does she transfer them to jodie cullen???

When a trainer has a positive test, the horses in the entire stable should be suspended, no phony barn changes or legit barn changes. This would make owners make cognizant choices on who they employ to take care of there stock.

This would lead to better racing, a more level playing field etc. Any track (almost all) who get government subsidies for racing, an earmarked portion should go towards testing, test for everything, freeze samples test it later. Some will always push the envelope but this would get rid of the ones who destroy the envelopes.

this particular case is one of the worst
I agree that travis was the real trainer but he used Rachel as a shield
and now to allow the mother  to be put down as trainer and carry on is ridiculous and embarrassing
I am sure they have another family member ready to take over just in case
and this way travis stays clean and can drive
also most of their horses they own  whole or parts of
its a risk reward, look how much money they made the last few years
so they get a $5 k fine which is nothing and they carry on business as usual
the suspension does say horses of theirs are suspended for the duration of her suspension but i assume they get around that by moving them to "jodie cullen barn"
