Put cameras in the trailers as well. If your horse is off camera while shipping then you get scratched. I'm sure many get gassed up at the rest area on the Thruway, Turnpike or whichever highway they are traveling on.

Winners Win I think you are right. The only way to slow it down is to ban the horse for a year and not accept the owners entries for a year. It won't stop it but it might slow it down until a better testing way is developed.

enforcement has got to be punitive enough to slow down the cheaters.  every single positive results in arbitration and a compromise that amounts to not much.  Remington is on the right track; however, the owner @ 99% of the time has zero knowledge of the go-power gas his trainer is using.  Maybe the penalty oughta be return of double the purse originally won ?  AND, that horse starts from the outside, every week for a year.
