After working on Woodbine's program I decided to find out how long Henry was suspended.

Problem is I can't find it.

I know the Canadian guys were saying Trevor is serving a suspension for I think whipping violations.

I went to Standardbred Canada and checked the archives listed for the last 12 months and found nothing.

Anyone know where it would be listed or for how long he is suspended?

I think Canadian racing could use a dose of his aggressive driving skills to infuse some honest fractions.

im not sure why its not on the SC website,,,,but the Appeal Panel at AGRO, dismissed his appeal and upheld a fine of 1500$ and a 35 day suspension...this was announced on Feb22.....perhaps the boys coffee was laced with magic mushrooms...lol..

Suspended 35 days that started the first day racing was back at Mohawk.

Thanks titans. When they brought in this ruling acceptable wrist action I thought this was for AGCO a bomb that would blow up in their face. Every now and then a driver for whatever reason will get all over a horse that hasn't got a hope in hell and should get fined and suspended. But what about the everyday bettor where his money is all out for the win with other horses deep stretch I say get all over the horse and screw this rule. To the casual fan and they see a driver that looks like he is jerking off and it looks like he's not trying they say fuck this let's get out of here and we're not coming back. To this AGCO do the job you were appointed to do, go after the chemist trainers and punish them hard and quit bowing down to PETA and all the other tree hugger groups that don't have skin in the game.
