Who Is Owner Noelle H. Nance?

Pompano Park Wed Jan 20th Race 6

FRED AND ROZ
Owner: Noelle H. Nance Las Vegas, Nv.
Trainer: Paul Holzman

Just noticed the owner's name.

Raced on January 6th and broke but I didn't get a program that day nor did I bet.

That was the day of the attack on the Capital Building.

Horse qualified good on the 11th.

Wonder if I should include him in my numpers? 11.wp

I haven't used any services of the USTA since 2003.

Doesn't Pathways cost money or require a USTA membership?
