Its definitely real. It just affects everyone differently. Ive known some people who tested positive with just cold like symptoms. And i know one guy who has called it all a fraud who is now currently on a ventilator.

Check with the Doc. Perhaps stack the vitamin D for three days

Qty1 IU for each lb. of body weight for three consecutive days
Then back to 2,000IU per day

Might help but you may be too far along
