TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDE I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY FURTHER NEW CHARGES OR ANOTHER INDICTMENT SINCE THE "SUPERSEDEAS" WAS FILED SEVERAL WEEKS BACK.   THEREFORE, ONLY THE NAMES LISTED IN THE NEW INDICTMENT ARE CURRENTLY CHARGED ---UNLESS I MISSED A NEW INDICTMENT WHICH IS VERY POSSIBLE.

FURTHER, THE NAMES THAT WERE ON INDICTMENT #1 AND LEFT OFF THE SUERSEDEAS CAN IMMEDIATELY APPLY FOR REINSTATEMENT WITH THE VARIOUS COMMISSIONS AS IN ESSENCE NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN FILED IN A COURT OF LAW.

IN THE MEDICAL FIELD WE WOULD HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR IMMEDIATE REINSTATEMENT OF THE MEDICAL LICENSE ---OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE.  IN PENNSYLVANIA ---IF THERE IS NOT NEW INDICTMENT I WOULD ASSUME FOR THOSE LEFT OFF THE SUPERSEDEAS THAT PENNSYLVANIA WOULD RESISSUE OR PERMIT A NEW APPLICATION FOR LICENSING. 

I AM NOT SURE WHO OR HOW MANY WAS LEFT OFF THE SUPERSEDEAS INDICTMENT ---IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE PROSECUTING DA REQUIRED THAT THOSE LEFT OFF THE SUPERSEDEAS NOT APPLY OR RESURFACE UNTIL AFTER THIS CASE IS DISPOSED IF THEY WERE GOVERNMENT WITNESSES.

22 months in jail,  1 month for time served - banned from training for life - 10 years probation and banishment from racetracks in the USA and Europe and down under .  Swedes and Aussies already have him on their radar.  99% chance he will have strict passport restrictions.  Will have to take cheap vacations in Mexico.
