Why would a track hire an announcer with a speech impediment?

Freehold announcer is brutal.  Can not pronounce his “r”.  Ungodly.

His accuracy and enthusiasm were good, but if that is the best they can do, just shut it down or make it the track for misfits, retards, carnies, midgets and the like.  Lucpark would fit in nicely.

Just love doing the broadcast. Shuley, Chumlee, Paddock have gotten used to the holier than thou attitude. We only work on the show, because we get paid. Dealing with Ringo is a different story.
