Gingras not in quarantine????

Gingras drove saturday night at Mohawk, then on sunday afternoon at red mile.
Listed on drives this coming saturday at Mohawk.
How is he allowed to criss cross the US/Canada border without going into quarantine?
How did he get the special privilege?

He is driving this Saturday.  This is what he said on Facebook a couple days ago

"Figured I’ll put this out so at least everyone get the facts straight
I did received an exemption when I crossed the border at 3:30pm Saturday afternoon
I have 2 negative covid test, one taken in NJ on Thursday(doesn’t count for WEG) and one more taken Saturday night in Ontario
All the documentation including the exemption email from the government and the negative result has already been given to WEG and I have been given the ok to race
I will be racing TDS Saturday and some others as well"

Jerkoff, the only thing worse than his driving is your reading comprehension. 5.5 million and UDRS go way down if you omit Takter horses.
Omit means leave out or exclude dummy.

OK, well he is not "allowed" back in Canada, that makes it sound like its a privilege. He is a Canadian citizen, so its his right to enter Canada. No one can prevent him from doing so.

US and other foreign drivers are aloud into Canada when the gov't feels like it.

As for the Covid quarantine, he probably has a federal exemption.
