Yonkers agreement mgm n a question

Why is the racing allowed to go on. Who insisted on the agreement...?? Word is drucker was terminated and track conditions are awful..as mgm is losing money. Drucker terminated isnt worthy of dumb comments, not kaughing to lose a job
