YONKERS TO GET SUED FOR FORCING ANTIBODY TESTING?

If its illegal for employers to insist on antibody testing--why is Yonkers the ONLY  racetrack in usa-to implement this??

Bond, I’m sure you know the answer....  They don’t want horse racing..

They would rather have the casino open-but to keep the racetrack shuttered is BS-no simulcasting etc. MGM owns Northfield--and they dont have that antibody rule--so there are other forces at play here IMHO. What they are doing at Yonkers-is woeful and sure looks like its unlawful to boot.

Antibody testing is a waste of time and is inaccurate 50% of the time!

My father is in a nursing home.

After this coronavirus started the nursing home tested all the residents and he was negative.

Then he was tested two more times over a couple of weeks with the PCR nose swab and was negative.

So the nursing home then gives every resident an antibody test.

My father tests positive along with several other residents on his floor.

They then isolate them all on the 4th floor.

They follow up the antibody test with another PCR test and all they all came back NEGATIVE for the active virus!

Instead of moving the residents back to their own rooms they made them wait 14 days to get another PCR test that all came back negative again before they were moved back into their own rooms.

We were told there was like 10 different viruses other than Covid-19 that could cause the antibody test to come back positive.

Yet this was the test the nursing home relied on to move my father and the other residents into isolation.

So question any antibody result you get.

You could be positive for a different coronavirus.

They are going to put as many road blocks as possible. They can require tests if they want lust go get tested.

 POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE TESTS?  NO MATTER WHICH ONE YOU NEED, A YAWNKERS VET WILL HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU TO GET IN THE CONDITION YOU NEED

The issue I have is how did MGM get to NYSGC to push thru that asinine rule. No way NYSGC would have done that without some coercion. Certainly wont see MGM complain to the NYSGC about an in just rule.

With everyone now needing to show they have antibodies, how can they get enough people that fit this rule? Harness racing is a fairly tight community where the trainers and their help are all know. Even the people that just do paddocks. How can this rule possibly work?
