THEY HAVE THERE TRACKS RACING AT THE OPPOSITE TIMES THEY SHOULD.  DOVER SHOULD RACE ALL SUMMER EXCEPT FOR THE 2 WEEKS FOR NASCAR, THAT IS WHEN HARRINGBONE SHOULD OPEN

PEOPLE FROM THAT STATE JUST AINT TO SMART
