ONCE INDICTED AND/OR CHARGED IN THE FEDERAL SYSTEM, YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE DISTRICT OF WHICH OU RESIDE OR WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED WITHOUT THE JUDGE APPROVING EACH REQUEST.   IT WOULD BE UNUSUAL FOR ANYONE TO BE APPROVED TO LEAVE THAT DISTRICT UNTIL THE CASE IS IN FACT DISPOSED.   THEREFORE, I DOUBT VERY MUCH THAT ANY OF THE CHARGED HAS LEFT THEIR HOME DISTRICT AND DEFINITELY NOT THEIR STATE.    I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY CHARGED LEAVE THE COUNTRY.

IF FACT IT WOULD BE RARE TO BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE STATE FOR HOLIDAYS LIKE CHRISTMAS BUT AGAIN THSI COULD ONLY BE ACHIEVED WITH A EXECUTED COURT ORDER BY THE JUDGE.
