difficult on any business owners.....I was able to help get some horseman "PPP"loans which have helped ....but the costs in NewYork are excessive so you who hope for purses to decrease are insane...Have no business or financial expertise.I dont understand that if you say it is "welfare for 13 years"why do you support the sport...makes no sense?

Those of you who complain about the game should take up fishing or take your $2 exacta boxes and invest in penny stocks, most of you comment on business and costs and financial responsibility  in a panademic have no clue....It is an elective business or luxury item for most but use your brain before posting

So you are saying if I go to a casino to gamble I'm not allowed to have an opinion on how my experience was, how I was treated or how I felt about learning the guy who dealt my cards was a convict.

All solely because my financial interest might not include owning a horse. Like you.

Or maybe you're not saying that.

in which case, you are saying I have a right to  those opinions but that right ends when I get to the race track part of the casino.  Because, after all, YOU own 1 share in 1 horse and that entitles YOU.

tmbz1

Ask this "horseman" when's the last time he cared about take-out rates.

He is ruining our sport.

He has already ruined our sport.

And he blames us.

Waiting for slot revenue? I can see where that makes sense. But, the slot revenu is going to be 50%-60% lower for some time. This year is a disaster and maybe next year as well.
