Buffalo will have the blessing of the NYS Gaming Commission, as well as the Governor. Buffalo Raceway has 3.2 million in the purse account, and could have 8 races a night, racing for average of $8,000. , and race for 50 nights. The other upstate tracks don't want to raid their existing purse account, or like Vernon really don't have a purse account.
