Crime is up and out of control since Albany did this bail reform thing... I blame Cuomo and mayor DeBallsio  77z.chf

With Joe Fraser, new man in the racing office, maybe he can push for the same testing he implemented at Pompano Park! Winner only horse tested, blood only!
