Not Tim but I would take that job in a heartbeat. Set testing up like Hong Kong pre-race and after race. Any trainer with a positive test could never race at tracks I was in charge of testing for. All vet work would be by our vets only and only on race track grounds. Set up a Federal alliance that those found guilty of cheating and defrauding the public would be charged accordingly and with jail and or prison time and the accompanying criminal record so deportation would come into play or you could not travel out of country. But first the rule book would have to be re-written to eliminate all the loopholes that allow the cheaters to get out of their charges via their lawyer and the legal system.
