I don't think it's a matter of being sloppy but they could be pushing the envelope a little. What I would like to know and I suspect is that AGCO has a problem. This has happened before where months have gone by and no TC02 positives and then there's a rash of them. IMO AGCO is a total waste of taxpayers money where they have no money for testing and OOC testing yet they never miss a symposium on drug testing at a warmer climate hotel with all expenses paid.

You will always see more TC02 positives in early winter!! Horses drink lees causing mild dehydration which slows the animals processing of certain things. Dehydration WILL NOT cause TC02 to rise it only slows down the lowering of it after bicarbonate administration!!!!
